To pay your fire dues by check or money order:

Annual fire dues are $150 (averages out to $12.50 per month) and are invoiced and mailed out in January at the beginning of each year. Fire dues are due no later than March 31st to avoid a late fee of $15. These dues are the responsibility of the property owner and are mandatory for this district by Alabama Law (Section 45-5-141.20).We offer multiple ways of payment if unable to pay in full by the due date. You may contact our business office to make payment arrangements that also include automatic scheduled payments. We also offer an Exemption application that you can complete annually to see if you qualify to be exempt from paying fire dues based on your household income.
